With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024. **YOUR TASKS** **Responsibilities**: - Design, review, and execute test cases based on requirements, specifications, and functional safety standards. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause investigations in collaboration with development teams. - Contribute to the definition and improvement of test strategies, plans, and procedures. - Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results. - Collaborate with domain experts, developers, and other test engineers to ensure comprehensive coverage and alignment. - Support the integration of automated testing tools and frameworks where applicable. - Document test findings, lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Participate in peer reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices. - Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISTQB, ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 14229. - Support ASPICE assessments and audits by providing accurate and complete test documentation. - Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to cross-domain communication and alignment. - Travel domestically and internationally
