Our success not only depends on our value proposition, but on the strength, knowledge and expertise of our employees.- Toluca- Generalista de RH-**Responsibilities**:- Elaboración de la DNC anual, coordinar el proceso de capacitación, incluido el proceso de inducción, onboarding para nuevos empleados y cumplimiento legal.Dar seguimiento y mantener actualizada la matriz de habilidades de personal.- Dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos internos, de clientes, normas, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & 45001:2018 en materia de capacitación.- Implentación de programas de DO- Comunicación interna.- Onboarding.- Administración de autos staff y flotilla de autos para personal de ventas.- Atender auditorías de clientes, dependencias y empresas certificadoras.- Skills and Experience- Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología o afín.- Experiência > 3 años en la posición.- Inglés Avanzado, deseable.- Conocimiento en Sistemas de Gestión Integral.- Conocimiento de ILUO.
