Tu enfoque será analítico y resolutivo, combinando conocimientos técnicos con una presencia activa en planta. Este rol es ideal para personas que disfrutan estar en campo, interactuar con diferentes áreas y transformar los datos en acción real. Tu experiência de (número de años) años en producción o eficiencia operativa será clave para asegurar que las líneas de producción operen de la manera más eficiente posible.Quien Eres- Título en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.- Deseable: 1 año de experiência en producción, procesos o eficiencia operativa.- Sectores aceptados: Farmacéutico, Automotriz, Consumo, Cosméticos, Industrial en general.- Familiaridad con OEE como métrica de desempeño operativo.- Conocimientos en plataformas de monitoreo como GAMED (deseable).- Dominio de Excel avanzado; deseable manejo de Power BI.- Capacidad analítica para traducir datos en acciones concretas.- Alta energía y actitud positiva, con disposición para trabajar en el piso.**What we offer**:We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
