You should be highly proficient in SAP Signavio and be able to comfortably work with large datasets. You will be required to partner with stakeholders and consume different data types and extractions that will need to be normalized. You should have a good appreciation of BPMN methodology and be prepared to partner with Value Engineers to help translate the data insights into realized value.**Responsibilities**- Run data extracts from various sources and systems using SAP Signavio and other tools- Prepare mapping of data and ensure data quality and integrity- Produce data views and dashboards that visualize process performance and identify improvement opportunities- Conduct data engineering analysis and provide recommendations based on data insights This will include writing Python scripts for data cleansing, creating SQL queries for data transformation and Signal queries for creating Dashboard/widgets- Cooperate with other data engineers, analysts, and consultants to deliver data-driven solutions for clients- Document data processes and procedures and maintain data standards and best practices- Deep knowledge and practical experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with SAP Solution Manager, and Enterprise Architecture Management with LeanIX- Good knowledge and practical experience in the S/4HANA Transformation Methodology and Implementation Approach- Good knowledge in data-driven Process Management with SAP Signavio- Practical ability in driving IT implementations in a process-oriented fashion- Good knowledge of the required technical and practical Transformation Methodology and specifically in technical solution implementation- Practical experience setting up holistic E2E-Transformation Processes (Method-Process/Tool-Data) proven in large, strategic transformation programs- Experience in connecting the world of business process management with the world of IT-implementation to cover the hole end-to-end process lifecycle- Ability to connect business and IT transformation including a good methodological understanding on why approach implementations in a process-oriented fashion**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degrees in computer science, Statistics, and/or Math are preferred- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, process mining, or related field- Fluent in process mining and data engineering analysis techniques and methodologies- Strong technical skills and proficiency in SAP Signavio and other data tools- Experience with coding languages including but not limited to Python, Java,.NET, VBA, Excel Macros & SQL- Experience in creating data views and dashboards using SAP Signavio or other visualization tools- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Experience with process re-engineering, automation across various process domains- Excellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions- Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment)
