E-sourcing Enablement Specialist

These core values are: Patients and Partners First, Honesty and Integrity, Quality and Compliance, Collaboration, No-Limits Mindset and Results Oriented.**Your Responsibilities**:- Supports the creation and execution of e-sourcing events under the direction of Global and Regional Category Managers, including creation of E-Sourcing events and E-Auctions- Maintains knowledge of current trends, system capabilities, innovation, and changes within the technology landscape- Supports cross-functional supplier selection activities and management of formal e- sourcing and RFx processes, supplier identification, and supplier due diligence activities- Performs proposal analysis, including price analyses, “Should Cost” modeling, benchmarking and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)- Builds relationships and partners with the Procurement Value Enablement (PVE) team to triage requests, collaborate on E-Sourcing projects and understand local procurement needs- Champions the use of E-Sourcing, Spend Visibility, and R2P tools within category; leverages and utilizes eAuctions where appropriate- Demonstrates the highest ethical standards and ensures FMC procedures are adopted and followed- Generates proposal/quote comparisons and compiles detailed assessment of cost breakdowns- Act as first point of contact for questions from team members and escalate to Lead where further guidance is required- Play a pivotal role in change management, helping the team adapt to new ways of working. Address resistance to change and foster a culture of innovation- Manages the lifecycle of contracts, including contract creation, negotiation, and execution, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements.- Collaborates with the Legal department to ensure contracts meet regulatory and legal standards, addressing contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.- Utilizes Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system CPAi, for contract management and catalog management, ensuring effective usage and optimization of these tools.**Our Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in either Technical or Business field- Good understanding of sourcing and contracting methodologies- Experience with hands-on analysis and data interpretation; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites preferred- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related field with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly-related work- experience- 1-3 years of contract management experience, specifically handling supplier contracts, negotiations, and post-award contract- compliance.- 1-2 years of direct industry or company experience preferred- Previous experience with an E-Sourcing platform preferred- Experience working closely with Legal teams to ensure contract adherence to legal requirement- English (written and spoken) - Fluent- Beneficial other languages German, Spanish- Project management expertise with the ability to carry projects from planning through implementation.- Ability to collaborate and communicate with leaders and stakeholders both internally and externally.- Critical thinking and decision-making skills with ability to understand opportunities, create value and solve complex problems.- Strong relationship management skills**Our offer**:- Flexible working hours (start between 6:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.)- Hybrid working mode (min. 2 days per week in the office)- Private medical care in LuxMed,- PZU life Insurance (voluntary insurance)- Unlimited international travel Insurance (with a global range)- Benefits System platform (120 points / month for multisport card, cinema tickets, online shopping etc.)- Language courses reimbursement (up to 70% of course reimbursement)- Studies reimbursement (up to 50% of study reimbursement)- Work abroad possibility (up to 30 days / year)- Recommendation programme (2000 PLN or 2500 PLN for successful recommendation)- Holiday allowance (up to 800 PLN / year)- Childcare refund (up to 900 PLN / year)- Glasses and contact lenses reimbursement (500 PLN per year)- Occasional gifts (e.g. 1st year anniversary gift)- Office team building activities and events
