You'll work on innovative design projects that not only elevate our brand but also inspire hope and change in the lives of those we serve.**Description**We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team full-time. This role will be responsible for designing high-quality static and motion graphic assets for paid ads, social media, internal and external brand materials, and firm stationery, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.**Responsibilities**Social Media & Digital Graphics- Design static and animated graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,- Twitter/X, and Pinterest using Figma- Create YouTube thumbnails and motion-based overlays for long and short-form videos- Format and optimize visuals for various platform specificationsPaid Advertising Design (Static & Motion Graphics)- Develop motion graphic ads using Figma for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads- Create animated ad variations for A/B testing- Ensure ad creatives follow best practices for engagement and conversion optimizationInternal & External Brand Materials- Design and update firm stationery, business cards, and letterheads- Create event collateral such as banners, flyers, invitations, stickers, and t-shirts- Develop branded templates for presentations, internal reports, and marketing decksWebsite & Landing Page Graphics- Provide static and motion visuals for landing pages, blog posts, and website updates- Optimize imagery and animations for web performance and user experienceCollaboration & Workflow- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media Team to ensure brand consistency- Utilize Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite for all design projects**Deliverables & Weekly Expectations**- 15-25 static and motion social media posts per week- 10-12 motion graphic ad creatives per week (Meta & Google Ads)- 3-7 branded materials (stationery, reports, event collateral, or presentation decks) per week- Thumbnails & overlay graphics for 3+ YouTube videos per week- Event-specific graphics as needed**Tools & Software**- Figma (Primary tool for static and motion graphics- Microsoft Teams (Communication & reporting)- Canva & Adobe Suite (Supplementary design tools- Later & Meta Business Suite (Scheduling & publishing)**If you have a**strong portfolio** in**graphic and motion design**, experience in**digital marketing**, and a passion for creativity that aligns with a**greater purpose**, we’d love to hear from you
