In return, you'll join a collaborative team that values ambition and rewards meaningful contribution.Role responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing systems including boilers.- Perform plumbing installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.- Fault finding & repair on plumbing systems.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.- Provide detailed reports on works carried out.- Communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service.- Ensure work requests are carried out on time and to a satisfactory level.- Coordinate subcontractors when required.- Fault finding and repair of gas boilers as per I.S:813.- Service and annual safety check of domestic gas boilers as per I.S:813.- Replacement of domestic gas boilers as per I.S:813.- Good knowledge of current RGI regulationsQualifications:- Fully qualified plumber and RGI registered- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor- Experience with welding is a plus- Valid driver's licenseRole Requirements- Minimum 5+ years post apprenticeship qualification experience- Must hold Senior Trade Cert (Plumbing) or National Craft Cert- Must be RGI registered- Experienced in general plumbing maintenance- Experienced in boiler maintenance, repairs and installation- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills- Ability to work on own and as well as part of a team.- Ability to manage and prioritize workload
