DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:As a Marketing Intern in our Rides business, you will be responsible for supporting marketing operations and executing campaigns, mainly focused within our app. You will be involved from the briefing process to the execution and optimization of marketing projects and be the lead of some other projects related with the team's operation. We are seeking someone highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams.Role Responsibilities:- In-app campaign briefing development: Work closely with operations team to understand the objetives of each campaign. Assist in creating and developing clear and detailed briefs for the creative team.- Social Media and Influencers Content: Collaborate with the agencies in creation of both social media and influencers content that aims through the Rides business objetives across the year.- Continuous optimization: Work on identify improvement opportunities in every project you will be involved, always willing to propose fresh/new ideas to maximaze results or shorten process timmings.- Marketing operations support, report and optimization: Assist on the operational process that the operation demands (be involved in the quotation, invoicing, payment tracking, etc) and consolidating information to report the properly the expenses on a monthly basis.Role Qualifications:- University stundent in 6th semester or above (not graduate)- Students from Marketing, Industrial Design, Communications carrers are desired.- Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple task simultaneously.- Highly motivated to learn and self driven.- Problem solving oriented mindset.- Team player able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders always finding win-win collaboration.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- English fluency is mandatory, both written and spoken.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
