**About Us**:Join a leading American company specializing in financing, buying, and selling used cars. As a **Post-Close Specialist**, you will support the **Post-Closing Team Lead** in ensuring compliance with company policies, customer data protection, and regulatory requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and all state and federal regulations.- Verify that **deal jackets** are completed **100% on time** and meet all compliance standards.- Maintain clear and proactive communication with the **Loan Processing Manager** and **Loan Processor Specialist** regarding any issues with deal jackets.- Notify and update the **Underwriting Team** on loan status issues.- Report to the **Loan Processing Manager** for professional development opportunities.- Accurately enter all customer information into the system using **IDMS**.- Maintain company standards and compliance requirements.- Generate and submit **weekly reports** on any pending titles.- Ensure vehicle registration documentation is provided to **Title Clerks** promptly.- Collaborate with the **Accounting Team** on vehicle registration-related matters.- Follow up on **green sheets** and ensure timely completion with customers.- Perform additional administrative tasks, including handling plates and titles, as needed.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- DiurnoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
