Production Planning Intern

Requisition ID: 43469- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MX- Employment Type: Part Time- Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment- Job Function: Supply Chain and Operations- Work Location Type: On-siteWe have an immediate opportunity for a Production Planning Intern to join us at our diverse team.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Assist in updating production schedules and monitoring production orders in SAP/ERP systems.- Help prepare reports and dashboards related to production performance and capacity planning.- Follow up with production teams for order status and priority management.- Assist in preparing daily shipping schedules based on customer requirements and available inventory.- Support coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely outbound shipments.- Help track deliveries and assist in resolving shipment delays or issues.- Support in the documentation and preparation of shipping instructions.- Help manage customer order entry and modifications in the system.- Support in responding to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, order updates, and product availability.- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.- Help prepare weekly customer service reports and metrics.**Background & Skills**:- At least one year remaining before graduation.- Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken).- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
