Job responsibilities:Manage the supply chain by analyzing and planning of items to be fabricated to meet customer demand, creating a production master schedule.Maintain the on-time delivery of items to meet sales goals.Generate and deliver production orders in the SAP system according to the production schedule.Report and quantify the finished goods in SAP system.Review and work closely with purchasing and production to assure the production schedule is met and delivered.Daily participation in GEMBA meetings and other business initiatives.Work with other teams in special projects to benefit business metrics.Minimum Qualifications:Manufacturing Engineering or similar degree3 + years' experience in planning, inventories or supply chainSAP system knowledge.Clear English & Spanish communication skillsTeamwork abilities, sense of urgency and decision-making ability skillsComputer skills a mustInventory and Purchasing processes experience.Desired Qualifications:100% English language skills (written and oral)Clear written and oral communication skillsMS Excel / database knowledge desiredAbout Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord Corporation (“Regal Rexnord”) is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and mechanical power transmission products and sub-systems, serving customers around the world in the general industrial, consumer, commercial construction, food & beverage, and alternative energy end markets, among others.
