Descripción Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato Work Modality: On-site Position Type: Full-time Position Overview We are looking for a Bilingual EHS Engineer to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the organization. This role is key to maintaining safe operations aligned with legal requirements and corporate standards. Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and monitor EHS programs across the facility. Coordinate and support internal and external EHS audits. Identify workplace risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop corrective and preventive actions. Deliver safety, health, and environmental training to employees. Investigate incidents and accidents, generating reports and action plans. Track and report EHS KPIs and indicators. Maintain constant communication with corporate teams and customers in English. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field. 2–4 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations in Mexico. Experience with audits and legal EHS documentation. Advanced English (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office. Skills & Competencies Strong preventive and safety mindset. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership.
