Individuals like you**Head of Maintenance**Position ID: Worker Category: Tiempo completo, Location: Tepic**Objective of job.**- Assure all production processes in the Plant- Responsible for one Maintenance Department (esp. production maintenance) within the BU- Maximize availability of machinery and production equipment with the minimum possible cost.**Principle activities.**- Support the strategic planning of the department/unit (Department/Faculty) by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame.- Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it.- Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel.- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor.- Break down and prioritize group goals for associates.Company / Legal Entity: DCM Draexlmaier Components Aut omotive de Mexico S de RLdeCV, Org-Code: OE-AM-TEP1
