Requisitos:- Experiência general 8-10 años- Relevante (como técnico / gerente de proyecto o propietario del producto) 3+ años- 70% de Experiência técnica y 30% en gestión- Experiência en infraestructura en la nube- Conocimientos prácticos en metodologías de ejecución de proyectos Agile / SCRUM y SDLC tradicionales- Se debe tener una Experiência completa de gestión y desarrollo de productos basados en SDLC y IOT de extremo a extremo.- Sólida Experiência en la creación de productos en la nube escalables, de alta calidad y de alto rendimiento.- La certificación PMP / Scrum Master / Product owner es más- Comprender las estimaciones de esfuerzo y la preparación de propuestas técnicas- Sólidos fundamentos y habilidad para resolver problemas.- Fuerte conocimiento del proceso de CMMi nível 3 y superior- Excelente comunicación en inglésActividades a realizar:El Director Técnico es un puesto clave en la Unidad de Negocio de Ingeniería. El TM juega un papel de liderazgo en la conducción de las responsabilidades de ingeniería en el frente técnico y gerencial según la Declaración de trabajo (SOW) firmada con los clientes de múltiples geografías.Sus responsabilidades clave incluyen:- Coordinación con el cliente, proveedores, equipo offshore / in situ- Revisiones de proyectos diarias, semanales, mensuales y trimestrales- Gestión de equipos (contratación, PIP, revisiones y conflictos, escalada, necesidades de formación y gestión global)- Capacidad para gestionar equipos técnicos distribuidos geográficamente- Experiência práctica en gestión de proyectos y personas- Manejo de procesos de calidad, preparación de presupuestos y seguimiento de cronogramas- Gestionar y habilitar interacciones funcionales cruzadas- Desarrollo y planificación de la hoja de ruta- Administrar un equipo de más de 25 miembrosOfrecemos:Sueldo de $60.000 netosPrestaciones de leyContrato por un año, el proyecto puede durar de 3 a 4 añosPago mensualEsquema mixtoExcelente ambiente de trabajoCONDICIONES DEL EMPLEOJornada laboral:Tiempo CompletoTipo de empleo:Trabajo FijoSalario:MXN 35,000.00 - 80,000.00 MensualCantidad de vacantes:1REQUERIMIENTOSExperiência Mínima:No especificadoSexo:Indistinto
