Consumer Research Analyst

**Mission**:The Consumer Research Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive sensory evaluations, in support of ACF&S brands to improve quality performance, which is currently one of our company’s key strategies to grow.Identify and articulate quality insights of Wise, Deep River, CCS and Si Senor portfolios while creating value for ACF&S brands.Create and maintain partnership with Quality, Sales and Operations Leads to become the coordinator of market research evaluations.Recognize flavor and new products trends to internal clients looking to influence strategy and development of the category initiatives based on key growth trends.Be a proactive partner on consumer testing studies and research to provide meaningful insights for top management decisions**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Analyze market consumer trends and target shoppers to properly design market research studies**- Run reports in POS / Panel syndicated databases and external sources looking for snacks trends and consumers profiles. (IRI, Statista, etc)**Coordinate sensory testing evaluations with Quality, Operations and Marketing managers, according to ACF&S management plans**- Communicate with Operations to prepare and send samples on time.- Interact to sales to arrange stores activations and approvals.- Support Quality making data driven recommendations and follow-up when improvements need to be made**Design screener, questionnaires, and databases according to appearance and sensory attributes of the items to be analyzed.**- Understand the target consumer and/or shopper to design an effective screener.- Analyze the attributes of each item in our portfolio and develop the testing questionnaire.- Create a custom database for the agency to share raw data**Interact and coordinate with consumer testing vendors ensuring best practices during execution.**- Ensure samples, incentives, screener, questionnaire, and databases are sent on time.- Attend and coordinate meetings with third-party agencies to share best practices to execute.**Report the results from consumer testing studies and make data driven recommendations under supervision**- Conduct an analysis looking for opportunities to improve our products quality and make a presentation for management with clear recommendations on which attributes to change**Support the project budget management for related activities.****Identify opportunities in the sensory methodologies proposing new and more efficient ways for execution, analysis, and reporting of sensory results.****QUALIFICATIONS****Education**: Marketing, Economics, Business, R&D, Food Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Data Science, Information Technology- Advanced level of English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)- Advanced level of Excel- Advanced level of Data Analysis**DESIRABLE**- 1 year of experience in Marketing, Food manufacturing, R&D, Consumer Research, Consumer Insights, Data AnalysisAbout Wise:Wise Foods Inc.
