Overview:The**Operational Communication Analyst** supports the processes and activities that impact directly the Customer Experience during their credit life cycle. This position will be responsible operate communication campaigns to our customers, analysing its results, create reports and identify opportunity areas in current processes.**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Maximize customer experience and ensure full communication at all times.- Compliance with communication strategies of operational areas.- Perform daily/weekly reporting.- Support other areas with communications for the customers.- Comply with requirements needed to perform a campaign communication (Legal, Compliance and other approvals needed).- Keep communication inventory updated.- Responsible of BPMS processes related to communications.- Responsible to validate campaigns completion.- Responsible for users admin of the communications platform.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in communications, business management or a related field.- Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and verbal.- At least +1 year Working experience in Customer Service/Communication/Marketing/Publicity/Banking or related activities- Working knowledge and experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
