We have expanded our business to Russia, Southeast Asia, emerging markets and beyond. This position belongs to the realme brand of our group. As a finance and accounting professional, you will be responsible for planning and assisting in financial processes, analyzing and optimizing financial data, working with the group center to provide financial advice and operational strategies for decision-making by operational units and regional leaders. If you are eager for a fast-paced environment and opportunities for overseas assignments, we sincerely invite you to join us in developing global markets together【在這裡，您會負責】- 規劃及檢討會計作業流程，覆核各項會計作業，以符合財會及稅務規定- 審核費用支付之發票、單據、及廠商貨款或費用應付帳款- 定期核閱財表及針對異常項目進行檢討- 提供及分析供管理決策之會計信息- 銀行及資金管理- 其他主管交辦事項。【Your Responsibilities】- Plan and review accounting operations to ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.- Review invoices, receipts, and vendor payments or accounts payable.- Regularly review financial statements and review abnormal items.- Provide and analyze accounting information for management decision-making.- Bank and fund management.- Other tasks assigned by superiors.【我們希望您】- 具四大會計師事務所3年經驗，一般公司會計3年以上經驗。- 英文聽說讀寫精通，具備多益等英文能力檢定，並有商業溝通經驗- 邏輯分明，快速提出解決方案- 高道德操守，謹守本分且能獨立作業- 具工作熱情抗壓性佳，適應快節奏步調工作環境- 彈性度高，具外派經驗或新設立財務團隊經驗尤佳- 能夠持續學習，面對工作中隨時交付之挑戰【We Expect You To】- Have at least 3 years of experience in a Big Four accounting firm or general corporate accounting.- Be fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), possess English proficiency certification such as TOEIC, and have business communication experience.- Be logical, and able to quickly propose solutions.- Have high ethical standards, adhere to professional boundaries, and be able to work independently.- Have good work passion, resistance to pressure, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.- Be flexible, have experience in overseas assignments or establishing financial teams.- Be able to continue learning and face challenges in work delivery at any time.In the initial stage, internal process familiarization training will be based on past experience, starting with Taiwan or Mexico and expanding horizontally to other business centers in Latin America (e.g., Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, and Bolivia).
