**Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual)****Mode**:Hybrid, full-time.As a **Logistics Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our patients' surgical experience and contributing to the growth of our practice. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each patient has everything set up for surgery before their arrival and to provide continuous assistance during their stay in Tijuana. We are seeking an individual who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven to make a positive impact in the lives of others.**Requirements & Skills**:- Demonstrated experience of 1-3 years in a patient advocacy or customer service role.- Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compassionately, empathetically, and effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions.- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards is paramount in this role.- Computer knowledge, Google Drive, Windows, and IOS.- Willing to work **Monday-Friday,**from **8:00 am** to **5:00 pm**, and some **Saturdays**from **9:00 am**to **1:00 pm.****Responsibilities**:- Facilitate seamless communication between patients and the medical team, ensuring timely scheduling of appointments and follow-ups.- Notify patients of any changes in their appointment schedules, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the process.- Collaborate with the management team to develop patient education materials and resources, fostering a supportive and informative environment.- Check in on patients regularly and evaluate and document their trip experience.- Identify potential areas for improvement in patient care and service delivery, providing valuable feedback to the management team.**Hospital**:- Book a suite (consultorio) at the hospital per patient 1 week in advance.- Welcoming patients at the Lobby to bring them to the suite.- Request patients to sign the surgery agreement/consent form- Pre - Op Photos taken- Collecting payments.- Review medical itinerary with patients**Surgery Calendars**:- Scheduling surgeries at the hospital- Confirm surgeries with internists (Dra. Viridiana Foglio).- Send the patient’s hospital instructions (1 day before arrival)- Creating new surgeries on the main surgery calendar.- Duplicate the new surgeries and add them to the 2nd surgery calendar (Anesthesiologist and Social Media)- Add the **Coordination Checklist**templateand complete it.- Updating the status of surgeries (rescheduling or postponing) in both calendars**.****Ground Transportation**:- Booking San Diego Round Trip Transportation- Requesting Medical Passes- Updating, rescheduling, or canceling when required.**Reservations**:- Confirming recovery house reservations- Updating, rescheduling, or canceling when required**Request**:- Patient’s blood work results before traveling- Patient’s flight itinerary- Patient’s photo ID**Medical Itinerary**:- Create and send the patient’s Medical Itinerary 1 week before their arrival.- Updating when required.**Database**:- Create each patient's folder- Add Medical Form- Add Medications List- Add Blood work results.**Scheduling Office**:- Request Medical Form & Photos.Pay: From $18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you live in Tijuana?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 15/07/2025Expected Start Date: 22/07/2025
