Design Team Project Manager

**OVERVIEW**The Project Manager is responsible for managing all tasks handled by the design studio. They will be working with our Creative Director and Growth Leads to manage client work from assigning the task, internal and client approvals and ultimately, finalization.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- The Design Team Project Manager will work along Senior and Junior Designers and help manage their workload and deadlines.- Responsible for making sure all design requests are delivered accordingly and on time.- PM communicates with Creative Director and Growth Leads to make sure all requests are delivered- Delegates tasks to respective designers according to their strength and specialty- Lead and/or oversee the development of the artwork (custom jobs or promotions), overseeing the project (short and long lead times) with designers as required across various platforms and mediums.- Continually work on new ideas and procedures to improve the quality and work flow of the design — section of the department.- Prepare a weekly workload capacity report for the management.- Check all tickets and tasks in project management systems and send reminders to the team- Take call notes for team meetings- Make agenda for weekly meetings and discuss with Creative Director**REQUIREMENTS**- Practical, detailed and time oriented- 3-4 years design and/or project management experience- Have excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills- Have well-developed communication skills- Have good commercial awareness and a sound understanding of creatives- Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of client demands in tandem with agreed project scope- Able to accept constructive criticism from management and provide solutions to challenges that the Creative Studio might face.- Has knowledge with Adobe Creative Suites and Figma.Application Question(s):- What is your desired hourly salary?**Experience**:- Project management: 1 year (preferred)- Design: 1 year (preferred)
