Fashion Designer

**At Wexpand**We're looking for a Fashion whose primary responsibility is to facilitate the development process the private-label products. We are passionate about creating value internationally and having a positive impact on the quality of life of our communities, in which you will not be the exception.**Main responsibilities**- Support seasonal development calendar in partnership with CEO/technical designer/production.- Execute specific design development projects as assigned by the CEO.- Prepare technical packages and participate in all communication and follow-up related to each package. Responsible for updating style details during the design life cycle.- Manage development and execution of trim and artwork packages.- Sketch bodies and color up collection line sheets using Adobe Illustrator.- Set up spec sheets for all bodies. Communicate fit and construction details to Technical Design.- Maintain an active role in Design Meetings. Take notes and follow up on all outstanding issues.**Your benefits**- Co-working offices.- Excellent work environment.- Features above the law.- Major Medical Insurance.**Requirements**:- BA in Fashion Design.- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Active/Athleisure category.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners.- Ability to successfully work in a team environment.- Ability to respond to business objectives with creative, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions.- Knowledge of knit apparel construction.- Knowledge of fabric and trims.- Ability to research and report on industry trend direction, color direction, and fabric innovations approximately 9-12 months ahead of the season.- Ability to recognize and accurately forecast fashion and cultural trends as they relate to the target customer.- Ability to sketch or communicate design ideas via Adobe Illustrator.- Ability to create files in Excel.- Ability to clearly communicate with overseas vendors.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajar desde casaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
