**Job description****Job profile: SMX-4216-Systems Admin II****About the Role**This job will provide advanced technical support services to TD SYNNEX Customers. Position will assume multiple roles during its dynamic work schedule to provide 24*7 coverage together with TD SYNNEX's Support Team, such roles include incident handling & response, report delivery, proactive monitoring, preventive maintenances & onsite visits. Support will be provided to a wide variety of IT infrastructure technologies.**What You'll Do**- This position will assume, during your work shift, the 24x7 monitoring of all customers subscribed to the Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may occur.- Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may be alerted by the SAMA monitoring system alerted by the SAMA monitoring system.- You will assume 24x7 support tasks, performing the basic follow-up of support incidents that may arrive by mail and/or telephone.- You will actively collaborate in the attention of remote management requests from customers.- You will support in the generation of periodic or punctual reports to customers.
