**Position**:Materials Planning AssociateArrow Electronics is looking to hire a Material Planning Associate to join our team in Guadalajara**This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English****What You'll Be Doing**- Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand—lower dollar value and/or lower part count.- Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching; shortage reports and the Arrow flex reports with minimum customer interaction.- Prepare Arrow generated forecasts for e-compass. Upload and manage the exceptions generated from the e-compass processing.- Maintain manual bonds to assure interrupted availability of inventory.**What You'll Need**- 2-year degree and 1-3 years of related experience- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge- Ability to juggle many tasks at once- Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
