**Schedule & Location**:Must be based in LATAM, remote.Able to work during business hours in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone**Compensation**:$4,000-$5,000 a monthAs the Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in investor communications, driving engagement, and ensuring seamless operations across our investor pipeline. You will lead efforts to enhance CRM systems, oversee investor outreach, and act as the key liaison between Mahway's internal teams and its investors. Your expertise will be essential in supporting Mahway's ambitious growth trajectory.**Mahway** is a venture builder aiming to launch high-growth, unicorn-potential businesses over the next decade. We pair experienced founders and operators with proven growth strategies to solve some of the world’s most important challenges.**Required Experience**:- 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or a related role.- Strong understanding of CRM systems and managing investor communications.- Experience with project management tools.- Hands-on experience with investor outreach, relationship management, and maintaining investor pipelines.- You can manage financial data and metrics, including cap tables.- You understand K-1 filings, financial reports, and investor documentation including internal share documents.- Fluent in English.**Skills**:- You can expertly manage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and optimize investor communication and engagement.- You can walk through financial data and metrics, including cap tables.- You can use project management tools to organize and streamline operations.- You have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to manage investor updates and reports.- You can manage multiple priorities and coordinate investor relations while ensuring back-office operations run smoothly.**Traits**:- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.- You take ownership of your work and hold yourself accountable for outcomes.- You are proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalate.- You are a strong relationship-builder, able to manage both internal teams and external investor relations.**Outcomes**:- You will own and manage the CRM system, ensuring it serves as the central hub for all investor communications, tracking, and follow-ups.- You will oversee quarterly investor relations reports, ensuring timely and accurate updates to investors.- You will manage the investor pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to ensure flawless communication and engagement.- You will collaborate with the admin team to streamline back-office operations and support investor-related processes.- You will act as a liaison for Mahway’s Fundraising Partner, ensuring smooth coordination of investor meetings.
