Located in our Toluca Vesta Distribution Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of all employees of the Distribution Center and providing support to the EHS needs for Guadalajara and Monterrey.- Implement and maintain the ISO 14001, OSHAS 1800, NOM-035 and NOM-030 certifications, as well as meet the requirements of the STPS._- You'll be working with global cross-functional teams- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will work on strategies to ensure that the team in each location works to the highest safety standards- Your objective/goals will be the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases..- You will be supporting the health processes and safety KPIs of distribution Mexico.- This position is vital to Gates because the safety of our people is the key in the operating processes.**Key responsibilities**:- Achieve correct compliance with ISO 45001, OSHAS 18001, STPS, Semarnat and Profepa Standards- Coordinate medical services and security brigades.- Developing the training plan for EHS on coordinate with HR.- Organize health campaigns for medical and safety topics.- Attending the audits and legal requirements.**ABOUT YOU**- 3 years of experience in similar position- Degree as Industrial Engineer- Knowledge of legal requirements, State, Federal, and municipal (SERMANART, PROFEPA, STPS, PROTECCIÓN CIVIL, CONAGUA, CFE, etc.)- English Fluent- Availability to travel**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
