Job Summary We are looking for a talented Jira Developer to join our team specializing in IT for our Cummins office in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This role focuses on Jira Software and Jira Service Management, contributing to workflow automation, dashboard creation, and integration support. You will work closely with platform leads, business users, and other developers to deliver scalable solutions while gaining exposure to enterprise tools such as Apptio and LeanIX. Key Responsibilities Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, permissions, and custom fields based on business requirements. Develop and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation and ScriptRunner. Assist in plugin management and test new apps or features. Support platform upgrades and routine maintenance activities. Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations. Support testing efforts and ensure quality in deployments and updates. Collaborate with senior developers and architects to support integrations with tools like Apptio, LeanIX, and Confluence. Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow and system connectivity. Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into Jira configurations. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support team productivity and visibility. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Develop KPIs to achieve Powercell transformation across IT. Understanding of Agile methodologies and ITSM practices. Education College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
