Services**Your Role & Responsibilities**- Responsible for planning and improvement of the regional NA Best Routes with Carries Assigned- Responsible for planning and analysis to establish Windows with Vendor & Carrier- Responsible for planning and improvement of the regional logistics network, quantifying the overall logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement, and leading cross-functional change to demonstrate improvement to transportation cost considering all the Land-Cost Factors (Inventory, Led Time etc.).- Ensure Data Integrity in TM Module- Responsible for planning Analysis for New Vendor. Strategy to coordinate with the plans in the Region.- Analysis, oversight, and guidance the routing for standard shipments and transit times- Responsible to Consolidating cargo to maximize payload for the Region NA (how_ much cargo (boxes, packages, products, etc. you can load onto a truck)_ capacity.- Responsible Comply with regulations- Responsible to Analysis to eliminate all the Not Value-Add Cost. Cut unnecessary costs (Bad_ Load, Delay, Overtime)_- Vendor empties management NA- Interface with Regional Leadership team to provide strategic development and support to objectives- Conducts Value Stream Mapping and CI activities with plant logistics teams as required by Plant Logistics Managers- Interface with Information Technology team to develop key solutions for plant logistic challenges- Lead regional Problem Solving and Cost Improvement initiatives**Your Skills & Strengths**- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline, from a four-year college or university.- 5+ years of experience in logistics planning in the automotive industry- Minimum of 5 years of related management experience, preferably covering all areas of responsibility for this position.- Ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams.- Proven execution of change management within an organization.- Proven & effective facilitation, leadership, mentoring, and training skills.- Proven planning abilities, including successful execution of such plans.- SAP proficiency is strongly preferred.- TM proficiency is strongly preferred.**Do you have any questions?****Facts about the job**:**Benefits**:Entry level: Experienced hiresFunctional area: Logistics**Location**:Monterrey, MXCompany:**Your future at MAHLE**:As a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
