**Operations Manager**:- Location: Remote / Flexible_- Type: Full-Time_We are a high-speed marketing and sales company specializing in the **solar energy industry**, and we’re looking for an **Operations Manager** who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.**About the Role**:This isn’t your typical ops role. We’re looking for someone who’s highly organized, tech-savvy, and laser-focused on results. You’ll be responsible for turning chaos into clarity, building systems that scale, and holding the entire team accountable to execution—fast. You must have a sharp eye for identifying problems, improving workflows, and using technology to gain leverage.**Your Mission**:To drive performance by creating structure, solving problems quickly, enforcing accountability, and scaling our systems—so we can close more deals and grow faster.**Key Responsibilities**:- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across sales, marketing, and fulfillment—and fix them- Implement and optimize systems, automations, and SOPs to improve team productivity- Lead daily operations and cross-functional team coordination with speed and clarity- Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and take immediate action to drive results- Use tools and tech (e.g. HighLevel, Zapier, CRMs) to streamline processes- Manage task follow-through and ensure accountability at every level- Solve problems fast and proactively spot opportunities for growth and improvement**What You Bring**:- Deep operational mindset with a bias for action- Keen ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills- Proven experience using technology to streamline operations- Passion for generating results and scaling high-performance teams- High standards, strong follow-up skills, and an obsession with getting things done- Experience managing remote sales and marketing teams (preferred)**Requirements**:- 3+ years of operations, project management, or systems implementation experience- Familiarity with marketing/sales tech stacks (e.g. CRMs, automations, dialers, task managers)- Track record of creating systems that drive measurable growth- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Fast, resourceful, and relentless in execution**Compensation**:Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses. You'll be rewarded for speed, results, and impact.Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month**Language**:- 100% Professional English (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Playa del Carmen, QRoo.
