**Date Posted**:**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5012: UTAS - GAM, Venustiano Carranza # 238 Desarrollo Industrial Colorado, Mexicali, 21397 Mexico**Position Role Type**:Onsite**What you will do**:- Lead SME support for Aerostructures projects covering at least two of the following four functional areas of SAP manufacturing operations:- SAP Production Operations- SAP Inventory Management- SAP Plant Maintenance SAP- Quality Notifications/Inspections- Respond to daily SAP inquiries from the business relating to key functional areas of SAP- Lead and Design implementation of the production planning module within S4 Hana- Conduct detailed analysis of production planning requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations and processes- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope and develop detailed project plans- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP module with other modules (MM, production orders, capacity planning and MES systems)- Support Go-Live Planning (S4 Hana) and Activation Support- Develop test scripts & coordinate Aerostructures business user testing for Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) modules for all projects assigned- Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation for SAP PP module users- Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards for production planning and SAP PP module.- Stay current with SAP updates and new technologies evaluating their potential impact on production planning processes.- Act as the SAP liaison for lean events conducted by the business.**What you will Learn**:- You will foster relationships with your SAP Business peers all over the world that work and WANT to work at Collins.**Education & Experience**:- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.**Qualifications you must have**:- Experience with at least 2 of the following 4:- Production Operations-Production Order planning and execution.- Capacity Planning; Long Term Planning; MPS/MRP planning.- Inventory Management-Stock Transfer Orders; inventory management methods i.e., ROP, Safety stock, Period of Supply, etc.; Receiving; Cycle Counts.- Plant Maintenance-Calibration of Manufacturing Equipment; Equipment records; Production equipment maintenance management. Quality Notifications-task assignments; Vendor Returns**Qualifications we prefer**:- Project Management experience- Previous experience in S4 Hana implementation (Plan to Deliver, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report workstreams)- Experience developing solutions for PP,MM, PM and QM modules within SAP- Debugging experience within SAP- SAP configuration and ABAP de-bugging / code reading experience.- SAP GUI script development- Experience implementing Solumina (MES), Ariba (procurement), Kinaxis (Planning Systems).**Diversity drives innovation; inclusion drives success**.
