We succeed in using our agile Nearshore MX delivery model that allows our teams to collaborate in proximity on strategic projects and accelerate delivery. Besides software development and testing, we offer a suite of custom Salesforce services.**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.- Create technical design documents, system diagrams, and flowcharts- Develop and maintain Apex Triggers, Flows, and Process Builder to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform.- Design, develop, and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create seamless user experiences.- Write test classes and perform unit testing to ensure code coverage and quality.- Deploy changes from Sandbox to Production environments using change sets and/or Salesforce DX.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.- Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases.- Utilize your Salesforce Admin skills to configure and customize the platform according to business needs.- Leverage your expertise in Sales Cloud, with a focus on optimizing and enhancing processes to maximize efficiency.- Demonstrate basic knowledge of Service Cloud functionalities to support ongoing initiatives.- Ensure that development projects are completed within established timelines and meet high-quality standards.- Work closely with English-speaking clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.- Strong background in Sales Cloud with a track record of successful implementations and optimizations.- Basic knowledge of Service Cloud functionalities.- Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git and Salesforce DX.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with English-speaking clients.- Salesforce Developer certification(s) is a plus.**Benefits and Perks**:
