Partner Development Manager

At least 10+years of relevant work experience in Partner sales/ Partner account management in the IT industry- Experience managing Partner accounts and successfully working with internal teams to build new capability and implement new projects- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills are a mustJob summary**Responsibilities**:- Manage assigned Partner accounts and coordinate the extended team working within their accounts in Mexico- Elaborate and develop joint Partner Business Plans- Define specific services and bundle offerings- Forecast sales- Up-sell other services and penetrate new territories- Optimize allocation of marketing development funds- Resolve any financial issues with their Partner accounts- Work across a range from high-level strategic**Basic Qualifications**:- At least 10+years of relevant work experience in Partner sales/ Partner account management in the IT industry- Experience managing Partner accounts and successfully working with internal teams to build new capability and implement new projects- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills are a must**Preferred Qualifications**:- Technical IT Background- Experience indirectly leading operational, sales and project teams- English language skills (advanced) are preferred- Experience in Service sales through Partners- Proven track record of accomplishments with Partners ecosystem is a plusthinking to creative and detailed team leadership- Use data to problem solve and a track results through continuous improvement- Think and act creatively to leverage resources- Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously- Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done- Experience indirectly leading operational, sales and project teams- English language skills (advanced) are preferred- Experience in Service sales through Partners- Proven track record of accomplishments with Partners ecosystem is a plus
