**Position Summary**:Responsible of the daily activities of US Direct Import invoices process with strong time management skills, effective communication and planning to ensure all payment can be done correctly and in a timely manner.- Research for all available invoices in our carrier’s website and print them manually.- Prepare daily reports tracking invoices found and printed so purchase orders can be opened and invoices processed within the same week.- Key these invoices on the mainframe two-way matching purchase order information vs. invoice amount.**Skills and Requirements**:**Hard Skills**- Strong written and oral English communication skills.- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.- Advanced MS Office skills the use of outside data sources to gather required information for analysis and reporting.- General understanding of Accounts Payable.**Soft Skills**- Drive for results, take initiative, set priorities, and have a strong sense of urgency. Helps create a culture where organizational performance is always top of mind.- Resourceful; looks beyond the obvious for other viable approaches to accomplish the goal more efficiently.**Physical Demands**:
