Production Manager Harnesses Experience

**Requeriments**:- Finished engineer- English advanced- 5 years of experience in harnesses (Minimum).- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time deliveries.- Plans, organizes, directs, and supervises his production team to run optimum day-to-day operations.- Determines material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements on a daily basis.- Maintains communication with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.- Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning and shipping.- Evaluates machine resources to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime.- Controls costs and maintains current quality standards- Ensures all safety and health standards are met.- Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer- We need to have a working Manager that can support directly with production start up.- Low Volume / High Mix manufacturing experience is a requirement.- Lean Manufacturing principles with workflow set up is required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Qué nível de inglés habla?Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Gerente de producción: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Arneses: 5 años (Obligatorio)
