Walmart Planner Assistant

**On site or Remote Position****Retail Apparel and Fashion or Walmart knowledge is a MUST****Conversational English is a MUST****Position Summary**The Walmart Planner Assistant will be responsible for updating/actualizing data, prepare pre-season tracking tools and assist Planners with reporting needs for Walmart.**Essential Duties and responsibilities**- Assist with sales analysis and allocations on key replenishment programs- Assist with pre-season ladder plan creation, actualizing in-season data- Maintain and update weekly/daily sales reporting- Monitor and communicate Order Trackers to Walmart- Manage PO edits/updates in Walmart System- Ad hoc Walmart reporting utilizing Retail Link- Special Projects as needed**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent- Advanced excel knowledge plus all Microsoft office programs (word, powerpoint, outlook)- Time management and multi-task efficiency- 2+ years of professional retail experience**Working conditions**- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment- Business casual office attire- Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building**Other duties**- Note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
