Program Manager Iii, Demand and Supply Planning

Note: Google's hybrid workplace includes remote roles.**Remote location: Mexico.****Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 5 years of experience in program or project management.**Preferred qualifications**:- Master's degree.- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization with experience leading cross-functional process improvements and holding project leads accountable to the greater project goals.- Excellent analytical skills including experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights. Comfortable shifting between detailed analysis and big picture thinking and customizing communication based on the audience.- Demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end project life-cycle. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.**Responsibilities**:- Contribute to structure and communicate policies abd methodologies for demand/supply management.- Utilize best methods in evaluating supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand.- Contribute in demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks/mitigation options/service level goals.- Present demand and supply recommendations with sound models and logic to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain organization.- Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution of supply chain exceptions/escalations in a timely manner.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
