**Date**:Oct 16, 2024**Location**: Ciudad Juarez, CHH, MX, 32599**Company**:Hubbell Incorporated**Job Overview**:- Ejecutar planes de salud y seguridad en el lugar de trabajo- Supervisar el cumplimiento de la normativa y leyes en materia de EHS.- Realizar estudios, análisis y evaluaciones para la identificación de riesgos potenciales, así como para mitigar y controlar los peligros que pudieran afectar al personal.- Evaluar y recomendar sistemas preventivos para reducción de riesgos aplicables- Investigar accidentes o incidentes para detectar causas y asegurar la no recurrencia- Coordinar los distintos comités de seguridad e higiene, verificando el cumplimiento legal y objetivos de cada uno de ellos.- Asegurar el cumplimiento a los programas críticos de seguridad y medio ambiente mediante auditorias planeadas y no planeadas- Desarrollo de procedimientos en materia de EHS.- Seguimiento a programa de capacitación.Seguimiento a objetivos**A Day In The Life**:- Administra a Técnicos de Seguridad Industrial- Investiga cada incidente o accidente- Coordina los comités de seguridad (dar seguimiento a condiciones y hallazgos)- Realiza mejoras al equipo de producción enfocadas a la prevención de accidentes- Realiza control de cambiosParticipa en transferencias de nuevos equipos**What will help you thrive in this role?**:- Ingeniero Industrial o Ambiental, Químico, Mecánico o Carrera Afín- Ingles conversacional (90%)- (Disponibilidad para viajar, indispensable tener VISA)- Conocimientos de legislación mexicana (STPS) y americana (OSHA)- así como las normas aplicables a seguridad- (Disponibilidad de horario)- (Manejo de paquetes computacionales)(Atención de emergencias)**Competencies**:
