About the RoleTransplace, an Uber Freight is looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in the Claims field. Our specialists will work closely with claims adjusters to determine if an OS&D issue should be a claim while providing excellent customer service to our customers.Manage day-to-day aspects of booking, shipping, tracking, and billing on both import and export shipmentsCoordination of the OS&D ProcessStart OS&D report in access databaseGet detailed information i.e., type of issue, Item #s, description of product, etc.Get disposition from customerFill out RA if applicableFollow up until resolution of issue is completePosition requires extensive us of PC software to conduct analysis, develop reporting and correspond with customers, TSP and other members of the teamMust have the ability to positively interface with customers and TSP personnel ranging from TCs to claims managersComplete the 24 hours of coursesCrosstrain a team member for 8 hoursHelp on the training of new team membersBasic Qualifications0-1 years’ experience customer service areaBachelor’s degreeAdvanced Spanish and English written, oral, and presentation communication skillsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Freight IndustryMicrosoft Excel— knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas
