En Inpro Telecom estamos en búsqueda de **Project Manager Senior.****Objetivo del puesto**Coordinar, supervisar y dar seguimiento a proyectos estratégicos en el sector de telecomunicaciones, brindando apoyo directo al Director General en la ejecución de planes operativos, desarrollo de nuevos negocios y gestión de equipos. Actuar como enlace entre la Dirección General y las diferentes áreas para asegurar la correcta implementación de iniciativas clave.**Responsabilidades Principales**- Planear, coordinar y supervisar proyectos asignados por la Dirección General, asegurando cumplimiento de objetivos, tiempos y costos.- Alinear la operación de proyectos con la visión y prioridades estratégicas de la empresa.- Brindar apoyo en el análisis de indicadores clave (KPI) y en la toma de decisiones ejecutivas.- Participar en reuniones de alto nível, elaborando minutas, seguimiento de acuerdos y reportes ejecutivos.- Supervisar la ejecución de actividades críticas en proyectos de implementación y operación de redes de telecomunicaciones (fibra óptica, enlaces, etc.).- Establecer y mantener comunicación efectiva con clientes estratégicos, aliados comerciales y proveedores.- Identificar riesgos operativos o financieros y proponer acciones correctivas oportunas.- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y fomentar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y normativas regulatorias.- Apoyar en la estructuración de propuestas comerciales, licitaciones o nuevas líneas de negocio.**Requisitos****Escolaridad**:- Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas, Industrial o afín (titulado).**Experiência**:- Mínimo 5 años en gestión de proyectos en el sector telecomunicaciones.- Experiência previa coordinando equipos técnicos, presupuestos, cronogramas y entregables.- Deseable haber colaborado directamente con alta dirección o en áreas estratégicas.**Conocimientos Técnicos**:- Redes de fibra óptica, infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, enlaces punto a punto.- Gestión de proyectos (PMI, Scrum, Agile o equivalente).- Análisis financiero básico y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos.- Herramientas: MS Project, Excel avanzado, PowerPoint, software de gestión de proyectos (Trello, Asana, Monday, etc.).**Habilidades**:- Pensamiento estratégico y enfoque a resultados.- Alta capacidad de organización, priorización y ejecución.- Liderazgo y comunicación asertiva.- Adaptabilidad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.- Discreción, ética profesional y criterio ejecutivo.**Beneficios y prestaciones**- Sueldo competitivo.- Desarrollo profesional en una empresa en crecimiento.- Participación en decisiones estratégicas.- Ambiente dinámico y colaborativo.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $26,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinidoPago complementario:- Bono anualTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
