Actividades a realizar: * Buscamos incorporar un Field Engineer con alto potencial de crecimiento, que inicie realizando actividades en campo y posteriormente evolucione hacia un rol operativo dentro de nuestro Network Operations Center (NOC). * El Field Engineer será responsable de realizar instalaciones, soporte y mantenimiento en sitio de infraestructura tecnológica. * Posteriormente, el rol evolucionará hacia la operación y monitoreo de servicios desde el NOC, participando activamente en la gestión de incidentes y la continuidad operativa. Conocimientos Técnicos: Etapa 1: Trabajo en Campo * Realizar instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de equipos de red, servidores y dispositivos asociados. * Ejecutar diagnóstico y resolución de fallas en sitio. * Atender incidentes y requerimientos técnicos conforme a SLAs definidos. * Documentar actividades realizadas, evidencias y reportes técnicos. * Coordinar actividades con equipos de NOC, proveedores y clientes. * Cumplir con normas de seguridad, calidad y procedimientos operativos. Etapa 2: Operación en NOC * Monitorear infraestructura y servicios desde el Network Operations Center (NOC). * Gestionar incidentes, alertas y eventos de primer y segundo nivel. * Escalar incidentes a equipos especializados cuando sea necesario. * Ejecutar procedimientos de respuesta ante fallas y contingencias. * Mantener actualizada la documentación operativa y bitácoras. * Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua y automatización operativa. * Rol de Turnos. Habilidades Blandas: * Orientación al servicio y al cliente * Trabajo en equipo y colaboración * Comunicación clara y efectiva * Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas * Adaptabilidad y aprendizaje continuo * Responsabilidad y disciplina operativa * Gestión del tiempo y prioridades Requisitos Indispensables: * Carrera técnica o licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Redes o afín. (título y cedula) * Experiencia: 1 a 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico, trabajo en campo o NOC. * Deseable: CCNA e ITIL Foundation * Ingles: Técnico - Conversacional intermedio * Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo, traslados y turnos rotativos: Pueden ser turnos de día o noche o (guardias) \"Consulta el aviso de privacidad en nuestra página oficial\"
