Documentation Specialist

**Position Summary**:We are looking for a detail-oriented recent college graduate interested in starting a career in logistics to join our Operations team in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in the role of Documentation Specialist. The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of all export documents for various geographical regions. The Documentation Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, verify and distribute invoices, prepare and distribute documents, record and trace all pertinent documents for upcoming shipments.**Scope of Responsibility**:- Export Documentation including ocean bills of lading, invoice, etc.,- Invoice preparation- Ensure the on-time delivery of customer’s documents- Process approval of bills of lading- Customer follow-up- Provide data for client services as needed- Work with credit on release of documents to a customer or bank**Essential Skills**:- Natural ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, prioritize, and multi-task.- Effective organization, time management, and attention to detail- High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of urgency.**Education & Experience**:- Bachelor’s Degree required. Recent graduates encouraged to apply.- Import/export documentation, transportation, or customer service experience is a plus.- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)**Language Requirements**:Work Location: In person
