Throughout this program, there are many opportunities to gain insight and exposure to our business that will last a lifetime.**Ford Champs**will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.**What you´ll need**:- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)- Strong analytical and communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to data investigation.- Proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation techniques, including advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, macros).- A general understanding of Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) and basic automotive systems.- A positive attitude and strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.- Familiarity with Quality tools such as 8D methodology, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and other problem-solving techniques.- Exposure to or basic understanding of Six Sigma methodology for process improvement and quality management.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).**What you´ll do**:- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:Developing comprehensive teardown and quality warranty reports, and visualizing complex data to generate actionable insights for early engineering and highly integrated systems.- **Process Improvement & Automation**:Supporting quality project plans to reduce warranty claims, improving analysis processes using modern platforms like PowerApps and Power BI, and implementing automation opportunities.- **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution**:Actively participating in global quality forums and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, particularly concerning ICE Engines.
