As Brand Assistant New Platforms Rexona & Dove Lead in deodorant category, you will lead marketing, media, full deployment plans for our biggest innovations in collaboration with Dove Deos Brand Manager. Ensuring and improving impact and communication to accelerate our growth as a Market Maker in Deos for Rexona & Dove. Our mission is to create new success platforms in Mexico. Then this role is just for you**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**- Responsible to ensuring flawless execution of our new platforms launch, ensuring marketing strategy, Innovation, volume sales growth targets and market share growth once established on the market.- Strategy development together with CMI team, to identify consumers insights, trends, etc. To develop a market future for the brands.- Evaluate and develop new business opportunities for the brand, to maximize brand volume and increase product availability at different consumption and innovation occasions, increasing the profitability of the business.- Lead the execution of communication and work together with media planning team to improve brand performance to drive positive KPIs.- Carrying out budget control, managing the P&L and controlling the BMI exceeding profitability targets.- Lead the agencies to drive the strategy for short and long terms, working closely with multi-functional teams as: Demand, Legal, CMI, R&D, etc. to succeed our objectives.- Responsible to accelerate our plans working closely with CSP team and sales vision to increase and drive our product, price, place according to our ambition of growth.- Responsible for PR activations related to innovations, news, etc.**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**- Marketing, Industrial Enginner, Administration or related bachelors degree- +2 years of experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, preferably in the personal care or beauty categories- Working comfortably in a highly ambiguous environment at pace, balancing multiple projects is a major plus.- Evidence of using insights to create winning strategies and an ability to demonstrate good creative judgement is a strongly sought after.- Financial and budget management, track and act as a owner of BMI management.- Encourages and engages others to deliver breakthroughs and brilliant execution- Applies powerful insights (Customer, Shopper, Consumer) to build competitive advantage- Creative problem solving, finding solutions to problems to ensure we achieve our goals**S**KILLS**- Consumer intelligence- Marketing Analysis- Innovation project management- Brand performance analysis**LEADERSHIP**- Agility- Business acumen- Work as a Team- Passion for High Performance
