In this opportunity the company is looking for a GOCM Analyst to perform in the Global New Accounts (GNA) & CFN business units of American Express.This Position is within the operation center In Mexico and responsible for delivering Work Force Planning, Real -Time / Service Level Adherence and MIS Analytics for Back Office functions.Within the GNA & CFN organization the job holder will be responsible for:- Develops and executes Back-Office inventory strategy and case distribution solutions required to achieve case time resolution goals.- Drive and deliver Real Time/Service Level Adherence and Inventory analytics.- Partners with site level leadership team, team leaders and provides operational recommendations required to deliver world class service.- Predict impact of proposed initiatives on metric performance.- He/She will be responsible for driving improvements in productivity.If you're looking for a challenge that allows you to develop your career, we invite you to join our team and be part of a brand with global presence and global opportunities.Compliance Language**QUALIFICATIONS**- English advanced- Graduate or post graduate.- Work Force Planning certified and/or minimum 1-2 Years of work experience in a similar role.- Strong planning skills and experience working in a front office inbound call center and/or non-phone/Back-Office multi-skilled environment.- Proven ability to drive results through process improvements.- Ability to resolve problems, completing priorities and meet deadlines.- Team work skills.- Strong Team work and Growth Mindset attitude.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- High initiative and energy level with good influencing and collaboration skills- Strong organization and prioritization skills- Flexibility and ability to multi task- Proficiency in Ms-Excel, Access, Cornerstone, Hive & Tableau.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
