**Quality Intern (Lean Challenge - Summer Program)**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future. Lean Challenge is a local and international competition where university students develop Continuous Improvement Projects based on methodology and principles of Quality Wins and Lean Manufacturing.**Your responsibilities**:- Review materials that require inspection upon arrival from the Warehouse, and update the parameters in SAP that determine whether or not they should be inspected.- Implement records for these inspections and document critical quality.- Update “Inspection Yes” list (Materials that require inspection).- Determine inspection criteria.- Develop database for measurement records.- Document process to add or remove materials “Inspection Yes”**Your background**:- Active student from the sixth semester of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or similar.- Use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point at an intermediate level.- Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Quality standards- Use of statistical software such as Minitab and reading plans is desirable.- Advanced level of English is desirable.**More about us**:
