Remote- Work from home Insurance Back Office Support Specialist**Responsibilities**:- Process insurance policies and ensure accuracy and completeness- Manage insurance claims, including filing and follow-up- Provide administrative support to insurance agents and clients- Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions**Requirements**:- Previous experience in back office support- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Strong communication skills- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite- Knowledge of insurance processes and regulations- Must be Bilingual with a high level of English proficiencyThis is a medium-sized project with a duration of 3 to 6 months. We are looking for an intermediate-level professional with expertise in insurance back office support. Project may be extended based on performance.
