As a PeopleX Partner, you'll shape our workplace for the future while working with top-tier professionals, tackling both daily challenges and complex strategic initiatives.You'll champion engagement, employee well-being, and impactful change, aligning actions to organizational values. By collaborating with centers of excellence and visionary leaders, you'll transform strategy into action, fostering a people-first culture that drives high-performance teams, client value creation, and inclusion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces ambiguity, and believes that true transformation starts with people.What You'll Do:- Lead monthly meetings with business area leaders and quarterly sessions with VPs to sync on business needs and talent management.- Collaborate with HR departments to develop and implement people programs.- Analyze people metrics and trends to develop effective solutions.- Drive performance management processes across all cycles.- Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.- Partner with centers of excellence to implement organizational changes.- Design and execute strategic talent management programs.What we are looking for:- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in People & Culture.- Strong background in HRBP functions.- Experience in compensation, performance management, and talent development.- Proven track record working with C-Level executives.- Knowledge of employee/labor relations and leadership coaching.- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile framework (Plus).- Experience supporting US employees (Plus).- Advanced level of English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive
