Grow with us as **Reliability Maintenance **in **Kellogg. **You will lead, coordinate and execute predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance plan of productive lines through the management of human & financial capital that will assure the plant operative continuity. You will Seek the sustainability and fulfillment of the Quality & Food Safety, EHSS, and Kellogg policies requirements.**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**In your role as **Material Planning Supervisor** you will be part of our success by having the following responsibilities:- Coordinate & supervise the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance plan for Snacks and Meals lines at the lowest cost guaranteeing compliance with the fundamentals, follow up for proper execution and continuous improvement.- Planning & Execution of predictive, preventive and corrective Maintenance Budget for the productive lines (64% vs total budget).- Fulfillment of requirements from Q&FS, EHSS, Operations and HR.- Coordinate along with procurement the best suppliers for the maintenance external jobs required for productive lines.- KWS active participation through RM implementation.- Enable and develop technical knowledge to the team.- People Management: Ensure the execution of maintenance plans by allocating the least number of overtime hours. Verify in the direct reports the compliance with the Internal Regulations of Work and the Conduct Code.- Responsible of Safety Seven for Gemba walks, verify in hourly people compliance in all policies, programs and participation in all activities oriented to the prevention of injuries, illness and environmental sustainability, modeling safe behaviors, aligned with k-values, accountability and the believe that all injuries can be avoided.- Responsible of Gemba walks and GMP Audit execution. In case of the identification of any food safety deviation, it has the responsibility of the report and follow up the corrective action. In case of any product direct risk, RM Coordinator has the responsibility of shutting down the process and assures the correction.**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:Required:- Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Logistics related degree or similar- Desired to have 2 to 3-year experience in maintenance/manufacturing- Intermediate - Advanced English and an advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP**WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?**- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.- Kellogg Company does not require any payment during the Recruiting process.Kellogg Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer who strives to provide an inclusive work environment that involves everyone and embraces the diverse talent of its people.
