At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next:**Cntrl & Rpt Analyst****Which is the main objective of this role?**To elaborate intercompany records ensuring the accomplish of fiscal guidelines on electronic invoicing, analyze the portfolio collection, request and ensure the correct aplication of deposits for invoices In adition, to generate Intercompany reports to ensure the integrity of Accounting ecords and financial information.**What will you be doing?**- HFM Data Upload & sign off.- Coordinate the month end process and to make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.- Involvement in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization- Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all SOX requirements- The role requires general support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes.- To generate information for filling out the required statutory and management reports- Where business units are serviced by the outsource provider such as payroll, fixed assets etc. the role is to work closely with the provider, providing language support by speaking to the business unit on their behalf to resolve queries / give clarification.- Process & reconcile intercompany transactions ensuring no mismatches at month end.- Prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- English advanced- Experience in general accounting (4 years)- Analysis of financial information.- Microsoft Office Advanced.
