**Overview**:Freelance Creative Editors provide editing support to TubeScience’s internal creative team. They are assigned to a designated client pod(s) and are responsible for assembling, revising and finishing editing projects based on communicated creative direction and performance insights.- About TubeScience: _- Founded in 2016, TubeScience stands at the forefront of revolutionizing video marketing with a dual mission: to create the world's most effective ads and to produce them in unparalleled volumes. Specializing in data-driven video content tailored for social media platforms, TubeScience harnesses advanced analytics and rigorous testing methodologies to understand audience engagement and response, aiming to maximize the effectiveness of their clients' advertising campaigns. By focusing on rapid experimentation and iteration, we help brands to quickly find the most compelling messaging and creative concepts that resonate with their target demographics. Our services are pure pay for performance basis which means our clients only pay us if our videos outperform anything they’re running internally._**Responsibilities**:- Edit creative digital advertising video content for social media platforms.- Communicate with client pod Creative Producers and Leads to ensure edits are executed based on performance goals.- Receive and implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients.- Actively implement performance editing best practices, with a focus on maximizing viewer engagement and comprehension.- Thoroughly review completed work for technical and quality errors and ensure that all outputs are aligned with specified brand and legal guidelines.- Deliver completed edits and revisions by established deadlines.- Follow internal post-production naming and organizational guidelines.- Work efficiently and maintain project file and server hygiene.- Contribute to researching and requesting internal and external media assets.**Required Skills And Qualifications**:- Must first pass a Technology Audit to be considered.- Must work US daytime hours (available M-F, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST)- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder with a knowledge of After Effects and the entire Adobe Suite.- Experience with Motion Graphic Templates and Premiere’s Essential Graphics Panel.- 2+ years experience editing for social media and digital platforms (advertising content a big plus).- Understanding of social media best practices and ecosystem trends.- Online editing skills: color correction, music supervision, sound mixing.- A firm grasp of digital camera formats, frame rates, codecs and file-based workflows.- Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English (both written and verbal).- Able to take direction well and conduct a thorough review of own work.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage editing many projects at once.- Familiarity with web-based collaboration tools, such as Frame.io, Zoom, Monday & Slack.- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Able to conduct themselves in a professional, remote-first environment.**Location**: Fully Remote - Argentina/LATAM**Job Type**: ContractWork Location: Remote
