**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a SAP Basis-Niche to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).**In these roles you will **be responsible for**:- Support our clients as SAP basis expert with thorough understanding of the latest SAP technology, tools, and architecture- Identify, assesses, and solves complex SAP technology problems- Develop analysis of technology architecture design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts- Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions- Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions- Manages small-medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client- Demonstrate knowledge in SAP Application Security- Support audit and compliance activities.- User Administration using SAP Standard tcodes, CUA, CUP OR ARM or IDM.- Role Management such as updates related to bug fixes, role creation and design. Perform L1 L3 support for SAP Application Security, GRC (AC, PC, RM) and IDM**Requirements for this role include**:- Minimum 4 years of SAP Basis or SAP Tech Arch experience, either cloud or on-premise- Good understanding of SAP Solution Manager- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience- Familiar with Landscape strategy system architecture- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience on SAP Security for at least 2 SAP Applications e.g. ECC or HP7, BW or BI, GRC, BOBJ, BPC, CRM, SRM- Good understanding on concepts of Segregation of Duties SoD- Knowledgeable on different user and role types, SAP Authorization Concept, Roles or Activity Groups, and User Administration on different SAP Platform- Experience in supporting end to end SAP Security project implementation, security and GRC workshops, testing support, Cutover prep and Hyper care activities.
