**HR Analyst - Temporary position****What you’ll do**:- Provide administrative and logístical support to HR management, including internal communication, organizational charts, and coordination of corporate and social responsibility events to strengthen workplace relations.- Oversee personnel-related services, such as visitor logistics, PPE and office supply distribution, cafeteria support for meetings and trainings, and management of promotional items for employees, customers, and suppliers.- Coordinate and support employee development initiatives, including the planning and execution of internal trainings, motivational activities, and special events aligned with the company’s capacity-building goals.**What is required**:- Education: Bachelor's degree or similar.- Proven experience in HR with training, labor relations, people and service management.
